Home Visit
We will schedule a visit at your residence with one of our experienced representatives to gather information first hand. You will need to show him every item that needs to be moved, so he can make an accurate estimation. Our representative will show you the packing materials we will be using while packing your personal belongings, as well as the facility where your goods will be stored until they leave for their final destination. Make sure that you tell him what your expectations are of our services.
Coordinating Your Move
Once you receive the quote, you can review it to see that the services and pricing meet your needs. When you agree on working with us, we will assign a move coordinator to help you with preliminary paperwork and schedule the packing date. Our move coordinator will keep you informed during the whole process of the move, from packing, through transport, and delivery.
We will make sure that you know the approximate arrival time of your goods, so you can be present to receive them in your new location.
