Getting your household goods to the destination city is only part of the transport process, they must

• clear customs
• be delivered to your new residence
• be safely unpacked and all used materials cleaned away

Before your goods arrive at the destination, our local country manager in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan will contact you to check that all your documents are in order and to arrange the customs formalities. Once the goods arrive at the destination and customs clearance is done, we will agree with you the day(s) of delivery.

Our English-speaking crew will

• deliver your belongings to your new residence
• carry all the packages inside
• place all furniture and boxes in the room you prefer
• unpack the goods if you want
• take the used packing material back to our warehouse so that you can start off in a clean living place.
